SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to the community.
SASSA will likely be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed in regards to the high amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area each day. The company stage designed for intervention ordeals a higher inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it hard for the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to allow the servicing of all buyers and sassa status maximize usage of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
